General:
1.1 Competition open to Australian residents only. However, Gary reserves the right to award a similar prize to a non-Australian resident if Gary is introduced to someone from another country and Gary eventually marries their nominated candidate.

Persons entering the competition must have the express permission from the candidate that is being put forward for the competition. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. All entries must comply with ‘How To Enter’ details.

All entrants must first register on the Aussiefan.com website. Registration requires the registration form to be fully completed. All mandatory fields must be completed. Incomplete entries will be judged in eligible and as such disqualified from the competition.

One entry per candidate (lady) . Entrants may enter multiple candidates (different ladies) on seperate entry forms.

This competition commences at the Sydney time specified in Condition 1.3 on the date specified in Condition 1.4. Entries must be received by the Sydney time specified in Condition 1.5 on the date specified in Condition 1.6.

 

Gary offers this prize to the person who introduces him to his future wife. Gary′s intention is to reward the person who introduces him to his future wife. The prize of a trip to Hollywood is solely to the person who introduces Gary to his future wife. Gary is ultimately the sole judge of whom introduced him to his future wife. If Gary does not get married then there is no prize to be awarded.

The prize is detailed in point 7 below.

Candidates may be required to travel to Sydney at own expense to meet Gary.

Chance plays no part in determining the winner.  The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting a non qualifying entry or an entry which, in the opinion of the promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The judges′ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize will be awarded one month after the Promoters’ (Gary) marriage to the chosen lady. One return Airline Ticket  to Los Angeles and $1000aud spending money to the total combined value of $3,500aud and a tour of Hollywood will be awarded to the person that put forward the chosen lady. 

8.1 The winner by email or phone and the winner′s (entrant not candidate) name, state of residence will be published on the Aussiefan.com site.

8.2 If the winner is un-contactable by email notification or phone after a 2 month period, the promoter has the right to redraw.

All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant′s or any other person′s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON A WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, WHETHER SUCCESSFUL OR NOT, THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
